End User License Agreement (EULA) for Zero-Rush

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you and Zero-Rush. By downloading or using the Zero-Rush application (the “App”), you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Zero-Rush grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and all related content are the property of Zero-Rush. No ownership rights are transferred to you. All trademarks, logos, and materials remain the sole property of Zero-Rush.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to the App requires an active subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the Apple App Store and subject to Apple’s policies. Zero-Rush does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

4. Wellness Disclaimer

The App is intended for general wellness and stress-awareness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical care or diagnosis. If you experience distress or a medical emergency, contact a licensed healthcare provider immediately.

5. Local Data

Zero-Rush does not collect or store personal data. Any data or information generated through your use of the App remains locally stored on your device and is not transmitted to Zero-Rush or third parties.

6. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, nor attempt to copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise interfere with its functionality or security features.

7. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the App from your device. Zero-Rush reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zero-Rush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data or interruptions arising from your use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
