Terms of Use for Zero-Rush

Welcome to Zero-Rush. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Zero-Rush mobile application (the “App”). Please read these Terms carefully. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. About Zero-Rush

Zero-Rush is a stress awareness and self-regulation tool. The App provides breathing exercises and stress monitoring features designed to help users understand patterns of relaxation and stress. The App is intended for general wellness purposes only.

2. Not Medical Advice

Zero-Rush is not a medical or clinical product. It does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any medical condition. The App should not be used as a substitute for professional medical care. If you are experiencing high distress or a medical emergency, seek help from a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.

3. Eligibility

The App is intended for use by individuals of all ages. If you are under the age of 18, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

To use the App, users must select a subscription plan. Zero-Rush offers:

• Monthly subscription with 14-day free trial
• Yearly subscription with 14-day free trial
• One-time lifetime access purchase (no trial)

All payments and subscription management are processed through the Apple App Store. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s App Store policies. Zero-Rush does not process payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

5. Free Trial

If you enroll in a free trial, you will gain access to the selected subscription features for the duration of the trial period. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid plan.

6. User Data and Privacy

Zero-Rush does not collect or store personal information. Any health-related or usage data generated within the App is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded, shared, or transmitted to Zero-Rush or third parties.

7. User-Generated Data

The App does not allow public user-generated content, messaging, or cloud data uploads. All entries and usage information remain solely on the user’s device.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including the Zero-Rush name, design, logos, text, graphics, and software are owned by Zero-Rush and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the App’s software or security features.
• Copy or distribute any part of the App without permission.

10. Termination

Zero-Rush may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Zero-Rush makes no guarantees regarding performance, results, or uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Zero-Rush is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Your use of the App is voluntary and at your own risk.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
