Who We Are

Zero Rush (“the App”) is developed and owned by Carlos Adiel Vega López.

Data We Access (with your permission)

Zero Rush may read the following from Apple Health (HealthKit):

Heart Rate (RHR)
Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
Sleep Analysis (optional, only if you grant it)

No other categories are accessed without your consent.

How Your Data Is Used

We use your data on your device to:

Calculate your stress level using HRV and RHR
Display metrics, trends, and relaxation results
Provide insights that help you recognize triggers and understand your patterns

All processing is local. The app does not upload your health data to any server.

Data Sharing

Zero Rush does not share, sell, or disclose personal data to third parties.
The app does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

Your Choices & Control

You can manage permissions at any time:
Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Zero Rush
You may revoke access for any metric you no longer wish to share.

Security

We rely on Apple’s HealthKit and iOS security. Your Health data is never transferred outside your device by Zero Rush.

Children

Zero Rush is intended for general audiences but is not directed to children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided data, contact us so we can address it.
